Privacy Policy
Titans Careers is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you visit our website or use our services, and the rights you have wherever you live.
Last updated: 8 November 2026
1. Controller
The data controller is Titans Careers Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16369966, UKRLP 10098472) ("Titans Careers", "we", "us" or "our"). We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration reference ZB901099. Contact our privacy team at support@titanscareers.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone and contact details; enrolment, payment and billing records (card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us); course progress, submissions and certificates; communication and marketing preferences; anything you choose to send us, such as proof of payment.
Information collected automatically: essential sign-in and security data, device and browser information, and basic records of which pages and courses are viewed, used to run and improve the site.
3. How and why we use it
We use your data to provide and improve our programmes (contract); process enrolments, payments and refunds (contract and legal obligation); keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation); respond to enquiries and provide support (legitimate interests); keep our services secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); and send marketing only where you have consented or the law otherwise allows. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services (hosting, payment processing, email, and Payl8r if you apply for finance), professional advisers, authorities where the law requires, or with your consent. Our providers must protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and equivalent safeguards required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 2 years, learner and certificate records for up to 6 years after your programme ends, and financial records for 6 years as required by UK tax law, unless a longer period is required by law. We then delete or anonymise the data.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and private document storage. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will notify you and the regulator of a serious breach where the law requires.
8. Your rights (UK and EU)
Under the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU GDPR, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to or restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority, though we would appreciate the chance to help first.
9. Nigeria
If you are in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 gives you rights to be informed, access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data, and to withdraw consent. You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
10. United States
If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Exercising your rights
Email support@titanscareers.com. We will respond within one month (or within the period your local law requires) and may need to verify your identity. This is free unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
12. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, or under 16 where local law requires, without parental consent.
13. Cookies
We use only essential storage to keep you signed in and secure. See our Cookie Policy for details.
14. Changes
We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
