Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

These terms are issued by Titans Careers Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16369966, UKRLP 10098472) ("Titans Careers", "we", "us" or "our").

Our registered office is at 45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4JL, United Kingdom.

2. Definitions

"Programme" means any course, cohort, workshop, masterclass, digital content or learning service we provide. "Learner" or "you" means the person enrolling, or the organisation enrolling its staff. "Consumer" means an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business or profession.

3. Enrolment and contract

An enquiry, consultation or interest registration is not an enrolment. A contract is formed when we confirm your enrolment in writing (including by email) after receiving payment or an agreed payment arrangement.

You must give accurate information and be at least 18, or have consent from a parent or guardian.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the programme page at the time of enrolment. Our stored course price is the price that applies. Any VAT, bank or currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

We may accept payment by bank transfer, debit or credit card through our payment provider, and finance through Payl8r where shown. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us. Payl8r finance is a separate credit agreement between you and Social Money Limited t/a Payl8r and is subject to their terms and approval.

A bank transfer enrolment is confirmed only once the funds are received and verified by our team.

5. Cohorts and start dates

Where a programme has a published start date, your payment secures a place on that cohort subject to availability. Where no start date is published, your payment secures a place and we will confirm your cohort and start date in writing. We will not change a confirmed start date without notice, and if we cancel or materially change a cohort you may transfer or receive a refund as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Programme changes

We may make reasonable changes to content, tutors, timetables or delivery platforms to keep programmes current or meet legal requirements. If a change materially affects what you paid for, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund of the unused portion.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to attend or engage with sessions, keep your login details secure, not share access or materials, behave respectfully toward tutors and other learners, and not upload real customer, confidential or sensitive financial data to practice exercises. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches, after giving you a chance to respond where reasonable.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, templates and website content are owned by or licensed to Titans Careers. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You must not copy, resell, publish or distribute them without our written permission.

9. Certificates and outcomes

Certificates are issued on completion of the stated requirements. Unless expressly stated, our certificates are not regulated qualifications. We provide training and career support, but we do not guarantee employment, interviews, promotion, salary levels or exam results. Practice case studies are fictional and for learning only.

10. Cancellations and refunds

Your rights to cancel and receive refunds are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Subscriptions

Where we offer a subscription, you may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you should cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid for a current period are not refunded pro rata.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit or opportunity. For business customers, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the programme concerned.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens we will tell you, minimise the effect, and offer a transfer or refund for any part of the programme we cannot deliver.

14. Complaints

Please raise any complaint with support@titanscareers.com. We aim to respond within 3 working days and resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you may use an alternative dispute resolution provider, and consumers may also contact their local consumer authority.

15. International learners

We welcome learners worldwide. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, Nigeria, the United States or elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer protections given by the law of your country of residence, including under the Nigerian Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 and applicable US state consumer laws. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another country may bring proceedings in their local courts where their local law allows.

17. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your enrolment applies to that enrolment. These terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy are the entire agreement between us for your programme.
